What are you saying?

I read somewhere that you can get anything done from anyone as long as you can make them feel that it’s their idea. And that’s the key. Persuasive communication is not forcing your perspective on the other person or constantly pestering them to do what you want them to do. Instead, it’s simply about getting them to see the world through your eyes. Once they have the same perspective as yours, all conflict disappears.

And, good communication is about active listening. It is about speaking to the other person in a language that they understand. In fact, great leadership is impossible without great communication skills.

In a nutshell, intelligent asking rather than brute telling is at the root of persuasive communication.

In this session, I’ll share with you the art of communication. All situations and crises can be handled if you can communicate well.
